About: Mike Johans

Mike has 30 years manufacturing experience with over 10 years at Board Level in Operational roles. He has worked in Aerospace, FMCG and Bespoke sectors.

He has a Masters Degree in Change Management and a history of successful business turnarounds using his expertise in Process Re-engineering, Lean manufacturing and Managing Change. Mike has particular experience in Lean and Green techniques having gained and maintained ISO9001 and ISO 14001 for several businesses.

He has significant experience in multi site, multi process operations driving improvement through the planning, manufacturing, quality, procurement, Warehousing & logistics functions. He has identified, prepared, led and delivered major change programmes in several organisations. Mike is an Associate of the Institute of Interim Management.
